These paintings from the 31 days of December are a reminder that physical and mental health go hand in hand. The month of December is usually spent binge-watching tv, partying, and scrolling through social media, and by the end of it, one makes a new year resolution out of guilt, which may or may not last very long. To avoid that guilt, I decided to make an early resolution starting in December to paint every day and walk a minimum of 2 miles.This challenge was a way to embrace the healing power of nature and encourage the collaborative aspect of walking which I will continue in 2022.
