Missed A Class ? 

No worries! ​​

 

- **Missed Class Policy:**

- Makeup classes are available for one missed class per month and must be scheduled within the same month. For 1 hour & 1.5 hours class students missed class will be in-person on Sundays only.

 

- ** Signup Required:**

- All students must signup for missed classes in advance to maintain an effective student-teacher ratio. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins for missed class sessions.

 

- **Encouraging Attendance:**

- Consistent attendance is vital for your artistic development.

 

- **Online Missed Class Option (only for 2D Prisma on Sat 11-1230 pm & Acrylic Level Thurs 5-630pm CT):**

- If you anticipate missing more than one class or are unable to attend missed class on Sunday  in-person and email us in advance, we can arrange an online missed class session to ensure your education continues uninterrupted.

Use the link given below to sign up for missed classes.

Once you click the button, this will open up a new page on which you can schedule your makeup class time. The page will show what makeup class times are available.

 

Once you have found an available time that works for you, check the signup box next to that slot and click “Submit and Signup” at the bottom of the page.

 

The site will then ask you for your name and email address and give you an option to create a signup genius account. You are not required to make a signup genius account to sign up for the class, and your email will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Falak Arts.

 

Please note that while signup slots can be edited and you can cancel your makeup class by deleting your name from the slot, signups cannot be edited or deleted 24 hours before the class time.

 

Furthermore, once a student has signed up for a class, unless the class is canceled in time, the class will count as one of the student’s classes whether or not the student attends the class.
